UK Film Council Co-Production Seminar
Film info: UK and Jamaica ratified a co-production treaty at the end of 2007, allowing eligible film productions to qualify for British and Jamaican national status. What are the financial and other benefits of international co-production? How exactly does a film qualify under this agreement? What are the opportunities for filmmakers from other Caribbean countries? Isabel Davis and Himesh Kar (UK Film Council) will be joined by other industry representatives to give a practical guide to international co-production, with a focus on the UK Jamaica treaty.
