Film info: In Canada, Maye arranges the funerals of a father she never really knew: Thomas Richardson, a womanizer who drank his way to the grave. A few hours after the ceremony, Angie, a loud and vivacious woman, rings Maye’s door and introduces herself as her half-sister. Both women decide to go and sort out their father’s possessions. Angie further reveals that Thomas Richardson had sired half a dozen other children and convinces Maye to extend the road trip to try and find them all. Driving from province to province and meeting their siblings, Maya and Angie bond in a way that surprises them both and realize that their father was more than the sum of his failings.
